The last 25 years I’ve been doing REO’s and BPO’s. I have completed over 3,000 BPO’s and sold over 300 REO’s. My paperwork is complete with no blanks; my pictures are clear and self-explanatory. I go the extra steps to accommodate your procedures and requests. I am easy to work with, can handle rush orders and special circumstances.
I have a full staff including 2 licensed realtors- one who is fluent in Spanish that handles CFK’s and Spanish speaking agents and buyers. My staff also includes a crew of 3 field services members who visit my properties weekly and have them on a regular maintenance schedule for property management; full time bookkeeper, 2 general office staff and a buyer’s agent. I am able to change and adapt as the market does. My properties look good!
